This is really cool. I've taken a few shots of the project and uploaded them to Flickr. I wasn't involved, but live around the corner. Thanks to those for their creativity in making my neighbourhood a more humane place.
ReplyDeleteI've heard a group is planning to do something similar with the stumps remaining from the storm of 2006. I think they should leave it alone. Nature took those trees, let nature take its course. We took the trees on Granville Mall, we owe them in a sense.
